The Opportunity:
Our Finance and Accounting team acts as a strategic partner to stakeholders across the company working cross-functionally to ensure accurate financial reporting compliance and strong business insights. As the company Tcontinues to grow globally we are seeking a highly experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations optimize processes and drive solutions to complex challenges.
What Youll Do:
- Serve as a key contributor in the accounting function overseeing the monthly quarterly and annual close processes including journal entries reconciliations and multi-entity consolidations.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP SEC reporting requirements and internal controls.
- Lead the preparation and review of management reports and provide data-driven insights to influence strategic decision-making.
- Conduct technical accounting research on complex issues and provide clear detailed documentation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (FP&A Tax Treasury and Operations) to improve end-to-end accounting processes and align on reporting needs.
- Identify analyze and resolve accounting issues demonstrating strong problem-solving skills to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leverage technology and system capabilities to streamline accounting workflows improve accuracy and enhance scalability for future growth.
- Build mentor and develop a high-performing accounting team fostering a culture of accountability problem solving and continuous process improvement.
What Youll Bring:
- CPA required with 5 years of progressive experience in public accounting and/or corporate accounting within a rapidly growing company ideally in the tech or global business sector.
- Superior knowledge of US GAAP SEC reporting and corporate accounting best practices.
- Strong experience with multi-entity consolidations international subsidiaries and multi-currency transactions.
- Proven ability to lead and develop accounting staff with a focus on coaching and team performance.
- Adept at identifying problems analyzing root causes and implementing process improvements that enhance accuracy efficiency and compliance.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for problem-solving financial process improvement and driving operational excellence.

The US base salary range for this position (this does not include bonus equity and benefits):
$96000 - $120000 USD
