Your mission
Were now looking for a Commercial Strategy Associate to bridge customer needs and business strategy by crafting electrification plans enhancing internal tools and delivering actionable insights that drive JUNAs growth and competitiveness
- Designcomprehensivetransportationelectrification solutions forour customers including theidentification ofEV-suitable use-cases within customersnetworksdevelopment ofoperational planning(incl.private/public charging set-up)for the selected routescalculation of the project-related budgetandpreparation of the presentation materialsfor customermeetings.
- Support in developingJUNAs internal commercial tools (e.g. pricing tool e-truck route planner) bring up ideas on how commercial processescan be optimised (and own the implementation of suggestedoptimisations).
- Assistwithad-hocanalyses and research(e.g.competitive landscapingidentification of commercial leadsand potential partnersevaluation ofregulatoryimpact on e-truck operationse-truck insights etc.).
Your profile
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration Finance Logistics or related fields.
- 1 years of full-time experience in adynamic yet structured environment(e.g. internal/externalconsulting corporate strategy or business development roles inscale-ups/start-ups or consulting firms).Experience in trucklogisticsore-mobility is a strong plus.
- Excellent business acumenand ability tobuild simplebusiness and financial models (e.g. project-levelbudget).
- Outstanding analytical skill set to bring quantitative rigor a structured way of thinking and a strong attention to detail.
- Strongproficiencyin Excel and PowerPoint familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Looker). It would be a plus to have experience withgeospatial data visualisation tools (e.g. Kepler)CRM platforms (e.g. Pipedrive) and basic literacy inSQL.
- Passion forsustainability and innovation (incl. EV technologies).
- Clear and concise communicatorwith a talent for breaking down complex ideas.
- Structured thinker and natural problem-solverwho approaches challenges methodically.
- Extremely proactive and curious with a strong drive to take initiative and explorenew ideas.
- Detail-oriented and precise ensuring accuracy and consistency in all tasks.
- Collaborative team playerwho thrives in cross-functional environments and values shared success.
- Fluency in English. Knowledge of German(and other European languages) is notrequired butwill be a strong plus.
