Job Summary
Master Automotive Technician
Pay: $30 $50/hr (based on experience & certifications)
Location: Gower MO

Were a fast-growing modern dealership with a newly expanded facility cutting-edge Ford technology and a culture of teamwork integrity and growth. Were looking for a Master Technician to join our service team and help us deliver exceptional customer care.
What Youll Do
- Diagnose & repair vehicle systems: engine transmission electrical brakes suspension A/C Repair etc.
- Perform maintenance & repair work efficiently to Ford/dealership standards
- Provide accurate labor/time estimates for additional work
- Clearly explain findings to service advisors & customers
- Inspect and test vehicles for performance & safety
- Maintain proper documentation and follow shop policies
What Were Looking For
- 5 years automotive technician experience (required)
- ASE certification preferred (not required)
- OEM experience (Ford or others) highly valued
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Clean driving record & ability to pass background/drug screen
- Team player with a customer-first mindset

Schedule
- Full-time MondayFriday 8-hour shifts
Must be able to relocate to Gower MO 64454 prior to starting.
