Job Description Summary

The Project Controls Specialist is an entry-level role that supports governance and enablement activities across multiple projects. The role involves assisting senior team members throughout the project lifecycle and helping maintain accurate reports schedules and analysis.

Job Description

About the role:

  • Support the implementation of tools processes and technologies to enable project delivery across various project types.
  • Assist in cost risk analysis forecasting and reporting including accruals and earned value components.
  • Contribute to risk management activities and quantitative risk assessments.
  • Help track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and capital planning metrics.
  • Aid in developing project control plans and cost management procedures for internal and client use.

About you:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Finance or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project controls or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of cost management and project control principles
  • Experienced Autodesk user; preferably knowledgeable in Power BI and Tableau
