Qualifications:
- Develop and maintain no-code/low-code applications using Airtable Softr Fillout and other platforms.
- Build and manage process automations and system integrations across departments.
- Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Redesign workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy of institutional processes.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure data integrity accuracy and security across connected systems.
- Provide technical support troubleshooting and training for users of developed systems.
Document workflows integrations and system configurations for knowledge sharing and continuity.
Monitor and optimize existing systems to ensure reliability and performance.
Research and adopt emerging no-code/low-code tools and best practices to enhance digital
transformation efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Analytics Industrial
Engineering or related fields - Familiarity with any no-code tools back end & front-end design principles for dashboards/portals
- Comfortable with scripting or formula logic (JavaScript basics regex or Airtable formulas)
- Ability to map out processes and translate them into digital workflows
