| Detailed job description - Skill Set: | Minimum of 10 years relevant Project Management & BA or Data engineer experience Proven ability to apply advanced project and program management skills tools and techniques to project deliverables processes communications and presentations Effectively utilize current project planning reporting and support tools (e.g. project management software) Insurance or financial services domain knowledge. Database/SQL experience/SQL expertise Knowledge of ETL and Datawarehouse concepts and processes Former technical experience is preferred such as working with data engineering / science / analytics teams or experience developing and/or deploying Strong communicator with ability to build and develop relationships with multiple stakeholder groups to deliver expected benefits Outcome oriented with the ability to drill down from the big picture to process details Demonstrated ability to understand and manage business and/or technical requirements and processes Demonstrated ability to effectively translate user feedback into business requirements Ability to independently multi-task and manage competing projects and priorities Strong attention to detail while maintaining big picture view to ensure alignment across disciplines and stakeholder groups Ability to identify and support readiness activities needed for successful implementation of initiatives Ability to work in a fast paced evolving culture requiring adaptability and flexibility in work efforts and behaviors Advanced experience with agile and waterfall project methodology Advanced knowledge of project lifecycle |
