Areas of expertise include aerospace primary and secondary structure design payloads design and system support design
Must have expertise in Catia V5 (Workbench Part Design Assembly Design Sheetmetal Generative Shape Design (GSD) 3D Functional Tolerancing and Annotations (FTA))
Must have experience on Relational and Parametric Modelling.
Must have good knowledge in Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance (GD&T) and understanding of Engineering drawings in both 2D/Model Based Definition (MBD)
Expertise in V4/ Mylar Sheet to V5 Conversion for both 3D and 2D/MBD
Creating manufacturing (detail assembly installation) 2D Drawings/3D MBD as per ASME Standard
Design of components considering Tolerance stack up cost effectiveness manufacturability and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
Must be able to coordinate and communicate with the team members
Must have experience in PLM Software Enovia.
Must have experience in Sustenance and Change Request projects.
Experience in Boeing Project and Catia Composite Part Design (CPD) workbench will be advantage.
Having CAD Automation experience will be advantage.
