Position: Graphic Designer 3 Content & Communication Design
Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)
Contract Duration: 9 Months (with possible extension)
Shift Timings: 9 AM 6 PM (Weekdays)
Experience Required: 8 Years

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Content Designer / Graphic Designer who will be responsible for creating impactful content and communication materials. The role demands expertise in designing engaging mailers newsletters and internal communication collaterals ensuring consistency in tone brand alignment and audience impact.
Key Responsibilities

Develop design and deliver mailers newsletters and communication content aligned with business requirements.

Partner with stakeholders to translate ideas into visually appealing and engaging designs.

Ensure high-quality written communication with strong attention to detail.

Utilize industry-standard design tools for creative development.

Maintain consistency in content style tone and branding across deliverables.

Present design concepts effectively to senior stakeholders and incorporate feedback promptly.
Must-Have Skills

Strong expertise in content design and communication strategy.

Excellent written English proficiency.

Hands-on experience with design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite Canva Figma or similar).

Ability to conceptualize and create visual communication collaterals (mailers newsletters presentations).

Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills.

8 years of professional design/content experience.
Good-to-Have Skills

Exposure to marketing communication projects.

Knowledge of corporate branding and visual guidelines.

Prior experience in working with global teams.
