Job Summary:
This position is for an Outpatient Speech Language Pathologist in an acute hospital setting. The role involves providing speech therapy services to adult patients in an outpatient setting. The position requires a minimum of one year of experience and adherence to a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Providing speech therapy services to adult patients in an outpatient setting.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Assessing patient needs and progress.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
- Maintaining accurate patient records.
- Adhering to all hospital policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Current BLS certification.
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license in Alaska.
- Minimum of one year of experience in adult outpatient speech therapy.

Special Considerations:
- No on-call requirements.
- No weekend requirements.
- Clinician will not float to other areas.
- Flexible block scheduling may be accommodated.
- Time off is approved on an individual basis with a limit of one request per 13-week assignment.
- Guaranteed hours are 72 per two weeks with the possibility of one 8-hour shift cancellation per two weeks.
- Pending licenses are accepted.
- Candidates permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility.
Scheduling:
- 5 eight-hour days or 4 ten-hour days.
