Were seeking a Product Manager to own and grow Methods lending vertical. Youll drive product strategy for our existing lending products focusing on optimization growth and operational excellence.
What Youll Do
Own the product roadmap and strategy for Methods current lending product suite
Evaluate new market opportunities and assess potential for product expansion with existing and prospective lending customers often building 0>1
Define success metrics and KPIs for lending products tracking performance against growth adoption and profitability targets
Conduct user research and analyze product performance to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
Collaborate with legal and operations teams to ensure lending products meet regulatory requirements and risk standards
Who you are
5 years of product management
Deep expertise in Consumer Lending products
Proven track record managing customer-facing products from discovery through launch optimization and scaling
Background in customer - facing roles translating customer needs and business requirements into clear engineering initiatives and technical specifications
Highly detail-oriented and organized with proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience in lending credit or financial services companies
Experience at high-growth technology companies
Experience with B2B or B2B2C products
The annual US base salary range for this role is $160000 - $225000 based on experience. We also offer an equity package and have a suite of excellent benefits.
