Job Summary
Role Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Delivery Managerto lead end-to-end execution of complex Google Cloud Platform (GCP)engagements. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning delivery and governance of cloud modernization data engineering and security transformation programs on GCP ensuring timely delivery stakeholder satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Program Governance & Delivery Ownership:
- Lead cross-functional delivery teams executing GCP engagements (Data Modernization Application Transformation etc.)
- Own project plans scope timelines financials (budget/margin) and risks across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Drive delivery governance through structured cadences daily standups weekly status reviews monthly steering committees.
- Lead cross-functional delivery teams executing GCP engagements (Data Modernization Application Transformation etc.)
- Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary delivery interface for Google Cloud customers and internal client partners.
- Ensure proactive communication issue resolution and alignment with stakeholders on KPIs deliverables and escalations.
- Foster strong client relationships to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

- Team Leadership & Operations:
- Lead geographically distributed delivery teams across engineering QA DevOps and support.
- Manage resource allocation onboarding performance and team health in collaboration with PMO and HR.
- Implement delivery best practices Agile Scrum OKRs etc..

- GCP-Centric Delivery Excellence:
- Ensure cloud-native solution delivery leveraging GCP services: BigQuery Cloud Functions App Engine Vertex AI Cloud Security Command Center etc.
- Collaborate with Google Customer Engineering (CE) and Partner Engineering teams for architectural validation and deployment alignment.
Track and report cloud consumption adoption maturity and technical KPIs (MTTR latency SLO compliance etc.)
Required Qualifications:
- 15 years of IT delivery experience; 4 years in managing cloud engagements.
- Proven expertise in delivering large-scale Google Cloud (GCP) projects.
- Experience with Google-specific tools (Looker Vertex AI Firebase Apigee etc.).
- Familiarity with Google Partner delivery ecosystem (MCP ADK A2A).
- Strong program management experience (Agile SAFe PMP or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of GCP services across compute storage networking AI/ML and security.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with distributed teams across US India LATAM and EMEA.
- Ensure cloud-native solution delivery leveraging GCP services: BigQuery Cloud Functions App Engine Vertex AI Cloud Security Command Center etc.
