Job Description

About The Role
As the key link between manufacturing supply chain and commercial teams for be in line with company service level expectation. Youll lead cross-functional planning (demand and long term production plan plus customer service). Youll guide your team to continuously improve plan accuracy capacity alignment and supply chain performance.
Key requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain Logistics Business or related field;
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in supply chain planning preferably in manufacture company;
- Proven track record in demand planning supply planning inventory management and customer service;
- Strong analytical skills with experience in ERP and planning systems;
- Excellent negotiation leadership and communication skills;
- Advanced in English.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage demand forecasts in collaboration with the sales teams;
- Develop and manage production plan (long middle and short terms) forecasts in collaboration with the supply and production teams.
- Lead the sales & operations planning process to align inventory planning with business objectives.
- Lead customer service for clients in line with service level agreements;
- Ensure optimal stock levels at the warehouse to meet service level targets while minimizing excess inventory.
- Strategic Planning:Designing and implementing strategies for network planning inventory optimization and demand fulfillment across the entire supply chain.
- Forecasting & Analysis:Utilizing data and planning tools to forecast demand monitor performance using KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
- Inventory Management:Overseeing inventory levels to ensure product availability while controlling costs and minimizing waste.
- Risk Management:Identifying and mitigating supply chain risks through scenario planning and developing robust contingency plans.
- Stakeholder Communication:Communicating effectively with internal teams senior management and external partners to align on objectives and address issues.
