This is an organizational leadership role to head the EU ESMA account management team which contributes significantly to the overall business. Key responsibilities include:
Business Management: Manage a large existing seller base through a team of Account Managers enabling them to grow their Amazon business by adopting various modules and levers. Own end-to-end business planning and drive leadership alignment.
Stakeholder Management: Engage regularly with stakeholders across various levels to co-own goals track progress resolve conflicts and align on strategic decisions.
People Management: Lead a sizable organization with a team of direct reports responsible for career advancement performance management team structure and culture.
Thought Leadership: Partner with peers and teams to own key initiatives for the broader organizations development.

Contribute as a thought leader to drive organizational growth and innovation

Basic qualifications

Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers - Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders -
Experience managing large multilayered teams mentoring performance management
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in managing European sellers e-commerce business
- Understanding of european market compliance regulations etc.
