REQUIREMENTS

  • Conduct data analysis in Excel leveraging formulas pivot tables and basic data visualization techniques to support client deliverables
  • Support consultants and senior consultants in executing client-facing and internal projects contributing value to meaningful client projects with opportunities to learn and develop consulting skills
  • Effectively communicate with senior team members summarizing key decisions action items and next steps from client meetings
  • Leverage tools like Microsoft Teams Excel PowerPoint and Word to collaborate effectively and produce high-quality outputs
  • Produce polished deliverables including presentations dashboards and reports that align with corporate branding and standards
  • Ability to travel - you will likely spend a significant amount of time onsite with our clients. This travel can be as much as 50% to 80% of a work week and may be addition you must have a valid drivers license as many clients are not within range of public transportation.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail ensuring precision in documentation analysis and recommendations.
  • Business analytical and data testing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Basic understanding of the financial investment management industry
  • Exposure to or experience in evaluating and improving business processes to increase efficiency.
  • Basic knowledge of data query tools and SQL (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of relevant tools like Microsoft Excel

EDUCATION

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience specializing in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Economics Finance Accounting and/or Management
  • 0 years experience in investment management and/or consulting within the industry
