Job Description Summary

Cushman & Wakefields market leading Development & Strategic Advisory team is growing. We are looking to appoint a Senior Surveyor or Associate to join our Leeds office and support the continued growth of our development advisory offer across Yorkshire and the North of England.

Job Description

This is a key client-facing role offering exposure to major development and regeneration projects across both public and private sectors. You will work alongside a highly experienced team of professionals delivering commercially driven advice across a wide range of development uses including residential mixed-use commercial and strategic land.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project management of a wide range of advisory and consultancy mandates
  • Advising on market research development strategy site acquisition and disposal development viability and financial modelling
  • Preparing and reviewing development appraisals and feasibility studies
  • Supporting the delivery of complex regeneration projects and partnerships with public and private sector clients
  • Developing and appraising cases for financial investment from the public sector in property schemes
  • Providing input into planning land promotion and master planning processes
  • Negotiating commercial terms and development agreements
  • Collaborating across service lines including Planning Valuation Capital Markets and Agency

About You

  • MRICS qualified with relevant post-qualification experience
  • Strong background in development consultancy viability or strategic land
  • Commercially astute with an analytical mindset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence in client-facing situations
  • A team player with the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines
  • Knowledge of Yorkshire and Northern markets is advantageous but not essential
