Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
Supervise toddlers to ensure a safe and caring environment at all times.
Support children with daily routines including meals diapering/toileting rest and transitions.
Foster positive relationships with children by engaging in play conversation and supportive interactions.
Maintain a clean organized and child-friendly classroom.
Model and encourage respectful behavior cooperation and problem-solving skills.
Observe and report developmental progress behaviors and concerns to the Lead Teacher.
Communicate effectively with staff and families to support each childs growth.
Participate in staff meetings training sessions and professional development as required.
