Job Summary
Renton Tukwila Kent - immediate openings (temporary and temp to hire)
Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00
Responsibilities include:
Perform daily service routine and preventative maintenance and full remodeling in apartment units
Apartment maintenance including: carpentry plumbing drywall patching painting appliance repairs and grounds keeping.
Requirements:
2 years experience in apartment maintenance or related experience preferred including basic knowledge of plumbing painting appliances and carpentry.
Valid drivers license and background check as it relates to family housing.
Ability lift up to 50 lbs. push and pull up to 100 lbs. daily climb stairs and ladders and reach for supplies and perform overhead painting.
Demonstrated ability to understand and carry out both verbal and written instructions and directions.
Compensation:
DOE $28.00 - 30.00
