Your mission

About the role

• As a Founding Engineer you will own key company outcomes and will have the autonomy to shape design data backend frontend customer interactions to deliver them.

• Because we are still at an early stage you will need to thrive in ambiguity. Setting standards for code reliability security and collaboration for future hires.

• Youll have frequent customer sessions to co-construct the solutions to our clients most pressing problems while making them scalable so every project makes the next one faster.

• Develop & communicate a compelling tech/product vision aligned with business goals.

• Manage the full product lifecycle: ideation prioritization launch.

• Balance strategic vision with hands-on execution pushing both code and culture forward.

• Lead a small high-performing team (34 in Data Engineering Product).

• Anticipate future hires and build the backbone of our tech org.

• Drive nearly 100% test coverage continuous improvement and tech debt management.

• Foster a culture of collegiality hunger and curiosity where smart people grow even smarter.
