Serve as the primary point of intake for provider-submitted incident reports.
Receive log and maintain a centralized incident reporting system for monitoring audit readiness and trend analysis.
Conduct initial reviews of submissions for completeness clarity and compliance with LAHSAs reporting protocols.
Flag incidents requiring immediate escalation due to safety or compliance concerns and route to appropriate departments (Risk Management leadership Program Legal or Compliance).
Provide training and guidance to providers to improve reporting quality strengthen incident management practices and build capacity.
Monitor provider adherence to reporting timelines and standards; provide reminders feedback and technical assistance to strengthen compliance.

Collaborate with the Grievance Unit to share relevant information support grievance intake and coordinate responses.
Provide administrative support for grievance case tracking resolution and documentation.
Identify and analyze risks patterns and themes from reported incidents and grievances to inform leadership quality standards and systemic improvements.
Ensure accurate consistent and complete data on incidents and grievances are tracked maintained and reported.

Technical Assistance & Training
Develop training requirements and curriculum for programs funded by LASHA.
Organize group trainings and facilitate meetings among service providers and stakeholders.
Maintain ongoing technical assistance after group trainings have been conducted.
Provide TA support to Support to Outreach Shelter Systems and Rapid Re-Housing program coordinators as well as staff in the Youth Single Adult and Family systems as needed.
Manage relationships with local and national TA providers for LAHSA. Work to identify new partners for LAHSA funded providers.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices utilized in homeless services for youth single adults and families.
Mustkeep abreast of trends and developments in homeless services and related fields especially evidence based and emerging practices research and model programs at a local and national level.
Capacity to put theory into practice and support implementation at the program level.
Knowledge of documentation practices and reporting procedures for programs.
Knowledge and understanding of policy systems and local programs that impact homeless persons and related public funding sources regulations requirements and procedures.
Experience interacting with and negotiating several systems that affect the lives of people experiencing homelessness in Los Angeles.
Ability to establish excellent relationships and work cooperatively with individuals groups and organizations diverse in mission composition function capacity and geographic location.
Ability to effectively facilitate productive discussion among diverse stakeholder groups
Ability to quickly grasp concepts and apply them to solve complex social problems.

Training & Experience
Bachelors degree desired.
At least three (3) years relevant work experience in the provision or oversight of homeless services program is preferred.
Any combination of extensive and applicable work experience and educational credentials to perform the above duties successfully.
