Job Description
This opportunity is based in Elkridge MD and is ideal for a professional who is deeply committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency in the field of electro-mechanical manufacturing.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8-hour shift
Compensation: $23 - $25

- Implement and oversee rigorous quality control procedures consistent with a commitment to delivering high-quality cost-effective electro-mechanical assemblies.
- Perform thorough inspections and quality assessments in a controlled manufacturing environment to ensure product compliance and excellence.
- Work with engineering and manufacturing teams to address and resolve quality-related issues while maintaining strict adherence to industry standards.
- Actively participate in the formulation and implementation of Vendor Management Inventory (VMI) Programs and Customer Consignment Programs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing manufacturing processes and reducing cycle times.
- Maintain and manage comprehensive quality documentation and reporting systems in accordance with internal protocols and certification standards.
- Provide quality assurance support to various markets to maintain product reliability and quality of products.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related field with a focus on electro-mechanical manufacturing.
- Demonstrated experience in Quality Engineering in the areas of the realms of electro-mechanical assembly and cable assembly manufacturing.
- Solid understanding of ESD and humidity control in manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance practices tools and standards relevant to the electro-mechanical industry.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing data analysis tools and quality management software.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
