Job Title: Attendant Coordinator
Location: Broken Arrow
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Starting Pay $16/hr

What Youll Do
Coordinate and schedule care attendants to ensure timely and consistent patient care
Serve as a key communication link between patients families and healthcare providers
Support the team to help them reach their full potential in delivering care
Manage administrative tasks related to scheduling and customer service with attention to detail
Proactively solve problems and ensure smooth daily operations

What Were Looking For
High school diploma or GED required
1 years experience in customer service administrative work or scheduling preferred
Home care experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive problem solver detail-oriented and able to work independently
