Job Summary

Are you passionate about making a difference in young childrens lives

We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitionerto join our Little Thinkers Nursery team in Portsmouth.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children parents and colleagues and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting childrens growth and development.

Fluency in English both written and spoken is essential along with a relevant qualification in childcare or early childhood education such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.

Key Skills:

Foster a safe nurturing and engaging environment for children and plan and deliver age-appropriate activities supporting development.
Supervise and interact with children throughout daily routines monitor and assess individual progress identifying developmental needs.
Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the well-being and development of each child.
Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of children at all times.
Maintain accurate records and uphold safeguarding and health and safety standards
