What will I be doing
As a Supervisor of Food and Beverage you would be responsible for assisting in the daily management of activities and services of all hotel food and beverage operations (restaurants banquets room service coffee shops etc.) in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standard:
Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets ensuring service is efficient consistent and aligned with brand standards.
Lead and support team members by providing ongoing training coaching and performance feedback; create schedules that balance labor productivity with service needs.
Motivate and engage staff to deliver exceptional guest service fostering a positive and professional work environment.
Monitor inventory and supply levels coordinate with vendors and manage requisitions to prevent shortages or waste.
Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and team members.
Respond to guest inquiries feedback and concerns promptly and professionally turning service challenges into opportunities to build loyalty.
Collaborate with the management team to implement service enhancements achieve financial and productivity goals and support hotel-wide initiatives.
Assist with event setups and F&B activations as needed ensuring banquet and outlet operations run smoothly.
Provide operational support across multiple areas of the hotel including Taste Banquets Comp Breakfast/Evening Reception and Starbucks as business levels require.
