Call Schedule: Nights and 24-hr Remote Weekend call

Call Volume: 5 per day

Patient Volume: 15-21

Support Staff:

- 1 Clinic RN 2 MAs 2 Office Clerks

- 3 Infusion RNs 1 Quality Analyst 1 NP

Procedures/Duties:

- All aspects of Diagnosis Staging Precision Medicine

- Symptom management Treatment of Hem/Onc Patients

- Chemotherapy Immunotherapy

- Blood/Platelet transfusions

- Hormone therapy Antibiotic Therapy

- Rheumatoid Arthritis injections

- Therapeutic Phlebotomies

EMR: iKnowmed (Clinic); Cerner (Infusion)

Other Info:

- Solo provider

- Can work directly with ER/Hospitalist for Admissions

- No hospital consults

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active CA License

DEA

BLS ACLS
