Job Description
Role - Java Architect
Location Atlanta GA / Frisco TX / Kansas City (Onsite at any of these locations)
Rate - On C2C
This can be remote now. But need someone with experience in Telecom Billing Platforms (Amdocs Billing).
Key Skill Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Billing Platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Around 13 years of experience in Java hands-on development.
Manage the creation and deployment of Java-driven applications with JAVA 21/SB.
Invent develop and uphold scalable and reliable microservices with Spring Cloud and Resilience 4J.
Deploy Micrometer and Splunk for monitoring and logging in order to guarantee application performance and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project requirements and deliverables.
Mentor and guide junior developers encouraging an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
Strictly follow guidelines in coding testing and deployment to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure seamless application performance.
Successfully implement CI/CD pipelines using GITLAB to streamline development processes.
Requirements
Demonstrated background in Java programming with a solid grasp of JAVA 21/SB.
Proficiency in C and Shell Scripting.
Practical involvement with Spring Cloud and Resilience 4J.
Experience with monitoring tools like Micrometer and Splunk.
Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes and Kafka is a plus.
Experience with Oracle/Mysql databases.
Nice to have: experience with Grafana and AI.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
