Our client a national culinary training institute seeks to appoint a Campus Principal/Manager to ensure the professional general management and excellent performance of the campus in terms of its facilities staff sales overall finances and student service delivery.
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of South Africas leading culinary institutes with responsibilities including implementing national sales strategy and achieving Campus sales targets effective management of cost control of Campus financials as well as debtors management to ensure profitability and sustainability management of System Administration and facilities in and around the campus complying with regulations from accrediting and professional bodies and monitoring quality as well as the academic curriculum. Managing performance of Campus staff.
Must have matric with a relevant BDegree (BCom/Business Administration) with at least 3 years in a similar management position in hospitality/academic and learning industries. Must have managed a campus team and have a proven record of meeting sales targets.
