HR is a business partner not a back-office function
Every person at OMNIC is accountable for outcomes
Build and automate core HR processes across multiple countries (onboarding adaptation performance review retention)
Implement and manage HRM systems (PeopleForce Jira ATS) and digital tools (AI analytics)
Standardize documentation and workflows in compliance with local labor laws (EU GCC)
Lead recruitment for critical roles with clear data-driven outcomes
Partner with leadership to define competency models and performance metrics
Design and implement training onboarding and evaluation processes (LMS-based)
Embed OMNICs values and culture into every touchpoint of the employee lifecycle
Monitor HR analytics (turnover satisfaction probation success etc.) and report actionable insights
Align HR operations with business goals and OKRs across departments and regions
4 years in HR roles in tech/B2B/international companies
Experience building HR systems from scratch or in growth-phase environments
Strong expertise in recruitment performance management and corporate culture development
Fluency in English (B2 minimum)
Confident with HR tech stack (ATS HRM AI-based tools) and process automation
Understanding of international labor law and digital document workflows
Excellent communication prioritization and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with metrics analytics and decision-making based on data
Strong ownership and process thinking
Structured detail-oriented and consistent you finish what you start
