A large well-established multispecialty group with locations throughout the Greater NYC area is seeking aboard eligible or board certified Family Nurse Practitioner to join its growing primary care team in Queens.
This permanent role offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced team of physicians and advanced practice providers in a collaborative patient-focused environment. The position emphasizes preventive care chronic disease management and patient education.

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
Evaluate diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Order and interpret diagnostic tests develop treatment plans and prescribe medications
Work collaboratively with physicians APPs and support staff to ensure high-quality care
Maintain accurate documentation in EMR
Educate patients regarding preventive care treatment and follow-up

The ideal candidate will hold an active or eligible New York State Nurse Practitioner license and be board eligible or board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Candidates should be comfortable providing care for either all ages or adults only depending on their preference. While not required bilingual skills in Spanish are considered a strong asset and highly valued by the patient community.
