Job Summary:

This opportunity is to join the Dealer Aftermarket Collaboration team responsible for ensuring that Caterpillar Dealers in Latin America have quick and efficient access to the parts needed to service our customers machines and equipment. The role focuses on providing direct support to the Dealers by monitoring availability tracking orders and resolving various demands with agility and accuracy. Beyond operational support this position plays an active role in initiatives that make a difference: conducting trainings and workshops and contributing to strategic projects that directly impact the areas performance. What You Will Do:

- Serve as the main point of contact between Caterpillar Dealers and the companys internal structure.

- Act with agility and intelligence to ensure the spare parts supply chain across Latin America runs smoothly.

- Integrate diverse teams and departments to collaborate in solving problems.

- Manage a high-intensity routine handling high-priority orders (e.g. machines down in the field).

- Resolve issues with speed and creativity maintaining operational excellence.

- Escalate critical matters when necessary.

- Communicate fluently in Spanish and English as most interactions occur in these languages.

- Master internal processes understand Order Management rules and know how to engage the right people.

- Adapt to a dynamic environment with constant changes and emerging demands.

- Be prepared for extended working hours and busy days with a focus on continuous learning.

What you have Skills:

Business Acumen: Knowledge of business concepts tools and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the companys business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit receive and accurately interpret ideas information and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches tools techniques for recognizing anticipating and resolving organizational operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

Adaptability: Ability to adjust swiftly and effectively to changing conditions environments or expectations being able to re-prioritize tasks when needed without losing focus. Resilient in the face of uncertainty or stress and open to learning new methods and embracing change

Basic Qualifications:

- Bacheloors Degree.

- Pre Advanced English.

- Intermediate Spanish.

- Professional experience in customer service logistics materials planning or transportation.

Top Candidates will have:

- Advanced/Fluent English.

- Advanced/Fluent Spanish.

- Previous experience in supporting Caterpillar Dealers or working in the spare parts department.

- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and CRM/SPM tools.

- Advanced knowledge of parts systems including PartsVIZ Parts Order Management Portal Aftermarket Item Scout and SPM.

- Solid understanding of Caterpillar products and their applications.

Additional information:

- Willingness to work on-call shifts outside regular hours based on demand (not frequent).

- This role may travel up to 10% of the time.

This position requires the candidate to work on-site five days a week.
