Job Summary
POSITION: Lockbox (Image Capture)
FULLTIME/PARTTIME: Full Time 40 hours a week
LOCATION: Dallas TX
SCHEDULE: Thur- Mon 9:15pm- 5:45am
ASSIGNMENT: 11/03/2025 to 11/02/2026 (temp to hire)
PAY RANGE: $17.50- $19.80 hourly paid weekly.

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Imaging & Capture Specialist to join our operations team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the secure and efficient processing of client documents through scanning imaging and record retention. You will be responsible for operating high-speed OPEX machinery identifying exceptions and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
What Youll Do
- Perform routine daily maintenance on OPEX scanning machines.
- Extract sort and prepare documents for scanning including cash credit card payments and foreign items.
- Identify and escalate error messages or equipment issues.
- Scan and image incoming documents received via U.S. mail overnight courier and local delivery.
- Ensure all documents are processed according to departmental guidelines and specific client instructions.
- Maintain accurate document retention and recordkeeping through proper box proration.
- Work efficiently in a high-volume continuous production environment.
- Lift/move boxes trays and racks of work (up to 25 lbs).
What Were Looking For
- Experience with high-speed scanning or imaging equipment (OPEX experience preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive documents.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods in a production-driven environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as HIPAA and PCI standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate issues appropriately.
- Reliable organized and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
- May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels such as from office equipment.
- The ability to lift up to 30lbs.
