Job Description

Program Managers in Maps deliver the right feature at the right time. Its a hands-on cross-functional and highly engaged role. A great PM is the beating heart of their teamdriving alignment clearing ambiguity and pushing for quality every step of the role is an excellent opportunity for program managers looking to grow into more senior high-impact roles. Youll be supported by an experienced and collaborative team and given meaningful ownership to help you develop as a a Technical Program Manager on our team you will:- Lead delivery of customer-facing features across Apple platformsfrom concept through launchwith a - focus on improving exploration discovery and engagement in Apple Maps.- Define scope priorities and success metrics while balancing technical feasibility with user value.- Drive cross-functional execution across engineering design product and data science.- Evaluate user experiences criticallyidentifying what works and what needs refinement.- Employ a solution-oriented approach to make informed decisions on trade-offs between usability performance and technical constraints.- Communicate status risks and trade-offs clearly across teams and leadership.- Contribute to roadmap development by identifying user needs aligning goals and influencing product direction.- Represent your program with accountability and integrity across Apples internal teams.

3 years of Program Management or Technical Program Management experience in consumer-facing products with flexibility for strong candidates who bring relevant skills or domain experience.
Demonstrated success shipping client applications and/or complementary web or backend services.
Strong empathy for users and the ability to reason through product design trade-offs.
Extraordinary communication and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs and drive alignment across stakeholders.
Experience working in a dynamic execution-driven environment.

Technical background or hands-on experience with software development is a strong plus.
Familiarity with Maps location-based services or machine learninginformed features.
Passion for product quality user experience design and attention to detail.
