Youll be supported by an experienced and collaborative team and given meaningful ownership to help you develop as a a Technical Program Manager on our team you will:- Lead delivery of customer-facing features across Apple platformsfrom concept through launchwith a - focus on improving exploration discovery and engagement in Apple Maps.- Define scope priorities and success metrics while balancing technical feasibility with user value.- Drive cross-functional execution across engineering design product and data science.- Evaluate user experiences criticallyidentifying what works and what needs refinement.- Employ a solution-oriented approach to make informed decisions on trade-offs between usability performance and technical constraints.- Communicate status risks and trade-offs clearly across teams and leadership.- Contribute to roadmap development by identifying user needs aligning goals and influencing product direction.- Represent your program with accountability and integrity across Apples internal teams.
- 3 years of Program Management or Technical Program Management experience in consumer-facing products with flexibility for strong candidates who bring relevant skills or domain experience.
- Demonstrated success shipping client applications and/or complementary web or backend services.
- Strong empathy for users and the ability to reason through product design trade-offs.
- Extraordinary communication and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs and drive alignment across stakeholders.
- Experience working in a dynamic execution-driven environment.
- Technical background or hands-on experience with software development is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with Maps location-based services or machine learninginformed features.
- Passion for product quality user experience design and attention to detail.
