Position Purpose

The Workflow/Service Management Technical Analyst is responsible for leading the development implementation and support of business solutions within the Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA). This role focuses on analyzing existing business processes and identifying opportunities for automation or improvement and designing/implementing workflows that align with OHCAs operational goals using ServiceNow and other digital platforms. The Analyst supports ServiceNow applications post implementation by providing end user support and documenting all processes.

Principle Activities May Include:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to map out end-to-end service delivery processes.

  • Maintain audit trails and documentation for all system changes and service activities.

  • Support the standardized process for evaluating recommending and procuring business solutions.

  • Ensure workflows and service management practices comply with agency policies and internal governance standards.

  • Support business solution implementation and operational support.

  • Configure and maintain ServiceNow to support ticketing request fulfillment and incident tracking.

  • Develop and maintain documentation of support operations.

  • Conduct functional testing of new workflows service catalog items and system updates.

  • Other duties as assigned.

The Workflow/Service Management Technical Analyst role requires knowledge of agency policies support business solutions and ensure compliance with state standards. It demands leadership abilities to collaborate with teams and collaborate across divisions coupled with strategic thinking to align technology solutions with organizational goals. Relevant business and technical experience with ServiceNow. Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science Business Administration or a closely related field and 3 years of professional experience OR
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience substituting one year of professional experience for each year of the required education.

Preference may be given to candidates with:

  • Certifications or experience in any of the following areas: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals Certified Workflow Management Expert ITIL Foundation Certification ServiceNow Micro-Certifications and.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to remain sitting for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to move or lift up to 15 pounds at various times.

Work Environment

The office work environment includes regular exposure to general office equipment such as computer equipment phones and copy machines.
