Join Our Team as a Restaurant Supervisor!
Are you passionate about exceptional service and creating memorable experiences Were looking an dynamic and experienced individual to join our 2AA rosette restaurant and cocktail bar La Brasserie as a Restaurant Supervisor! Managing both front-of-house and kitchen operations ensuring that our team works cohesively to provide outstanding service to our guests.
What Youll Do:
- Supervise daily restaurant operations ensuring high standards of service and food quality.
- Lead train and motivate staff ensuring a positive team environment.
- Oversee food preparation and kitchen management collaborating closely with chefs.
- Manage inventory levels ordering supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
- Implement health and safety regulations ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Assist in creating menus that reflect current trends while meeting customer preferences.
- Monitor financial performance including budgeting and cost control measures.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar supervisory position within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is essential.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
- A strong understanding of health and safety regulations within the food service sector.

- Shifts are from 15:00 until finish approximately 40 hours a week zero hour contract.
