We are looking for a driven and highly-organized team member to join our Revenue Operations team. As the Senior Customer Success Systems Specialist with a focus on our key customer experience platforms your focus will be in supporting and optimizing such systems to help drive Loopios continued growth. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Gainsight and be skilled in aligning technical solutions with business objectives.

What Youll Be Doing:
Systems Ownership:
Administer key revenue systems with a focus on Gainsight to meet business objectives and needs
Identify scope test and implement operational revenue improvement projects including prioritization and release large-scale updates that scale with the growth of the business.
Provide day-to-day technical support for the revenue teams via help desk tickets
Process Design:
Translate business requirements from CX into scalable system solutions and automations
Create and maintain process and technical documentation that allows for future-proofing solutions and processes
Scaled CS Partnership: Partner closely with the Scaled Customer Success Team to implement and execute system-driven projects (e.g. journey orchestrators automation workflows) that improve efficiency and customer outcomes at scale
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with end-users RevOps and IT that support the key objectives of our go-to-market strategy
Enablement: Train and support end users on Gainsight features and workflows driving adoption across CX and related teams.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with CX technology best practices and recommend enhancements that improve scalability and impact
What Youll Bring to the Team:
2 years in revenue operations roles managing or administering technology for GTM team
Hands-on experience in administering or being a power user of Gainsight is required
Innate curiosity and a quick learner - eager to dig into new tools processes and data to uncover opportunities
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
Relentless learner mindset who thrives in a fast-changing environment and actively seeks out ways to improve systems processes and personal knowledge
Impeccable time management and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success Account Management Support or Sales) is preferred you understand the customer journey and what internal teams need to succeed.
Experience with other sales tools (Salesforce Zendesk SkillJar etc.) are a plus.

Our employees (or Loopers as we call ourselves!) live and work in Canada (British Columbia and Ontario) London and India (specifically in Gujarat Maharashtra and Bengaluru).
The majority of our team is based in ON and BC which means these employees live and work remotely within a 300km radius of Toronto (within Ontario) and Vancouver (Within BC).
We offer flexible co-working locations available to Loopers in ON and BC. Those based in ON have the option of working out of our convenient co-working space located in the heart of Downtown Toronto and a 12-minute walk from Union Station. BC Loopers have the option to work centrally in Vancouver. It is whatever works best for you!
Youll collaborate with your teams virtually across the UK India and North America (were just a Zoom call and Slack message away!) with core sync hours and focus time for headsdown work during the workday
