Role Summary The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering documenting and analyzing business requirements mapping processes and supporting the configuration and integration of Oracle Cloud ERP modules. The role requires strong analytical communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to bridge the gap between business objectives and technical solutions.
The successful candidate will work closely with project managers ERP consultants and business units to design future-state business processes conduct fit-gap analyses and ensure alignment with Oracle Cloud best practices.
Key Responsibilities -
Lead requirements elicitation sessions with business process owners and SMEs to define detailed functional and technical requirements.

Develop comprehensive business and functional specifications for Oracle Cloud ERP modules (Finance HR Procurement).

Conduct fit-gap analyses to compare Oracle Cloud ERP functionality with current business processes and identify areas for process redesign or customization.

Translate business needs into system configurations integration specifications and data migration strategies.

Collaborate with Oracle functional and technical teams to ensure accurate solution design and implementation.

Document current (as-is) and future (to-be) business processes including process flow diagrams and dependency maps.

Develop and maintain requirements traceability matrices ensuring full alignment from business objectives to solution delivery.

Support testing activities by defining test scenarios preparing acceptance criteria and validating deliverables during SIT and UAT.

Communicate findings updates and insights to project leadership governance boards and executive stakeholders.

Support change management and training activities by creating clear user-focused documentation and assisting with end-user adoption.
Mandatory Qualifications -
A university degree in Computer Science Business Administration Information Technology or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst involved in requirements elicitation business transformation process design and IT solution implementation.

Demonstrated experience in business analysis for large-scale transformation initiatives involving multiple departments or organizational entities.

Proven ability to collaborate with business and technical SMEs to gather requirements and define integration processes.

Strong communication and documentation skills (written and verbal) with the ability to present complex technical concepts in clear accessible language.

Experience conducting fit-gap analyses developing functional and technical specifications and creating visual business process models.

Proficiency with requirements management tools process modeling and workflow documentation.

Proven experience working with cloud-based ERP solutions preferably Oracle Cloud ERP including Finance HR or Procurement modules.

Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of data migration integration and system testing processes within enterprise applications.
Preferred Skills -
Experience with at least one SaaS or cloud-based implementation project involving significant business transformation.

Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud OTBI or BI Publisher for reporting and analytics.
