The role

Join a market leading projects practice - one of the largest dedicated projects practices in the Asia Pacific CU Construction team is involved in many of the largest and most significant infrastructure and procurement projects in the state. Working closely with our highly regarded Partner Gavin Phillips we have an exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious Senior Lawyer/Senior Associate to join our front-end Melbourne team.

In this role you will have the opportunity act for a wide range of public and private sector clients across the transport social infrastructure and energy health and resources sectors. As the go to projects practice when the stakes are high you will work closely with clients providing trusted advice on every stage of the project from business case to procurement through to delivery.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Minimum 4 years PQE and a passion in construction and projects space
• High quality private practice experience and/or exceptional experience working in-house within the government/construction/projects industry
• Strong academic ability and drafting skills
• The ability to provide timely accurate and commercially astute advice
• A strong sense of purpose ambition and a proactive approach to your work
• In addition to this were looking for a resilient self-starter. Someone who is able to work autonomously and is focused on attention to detail and providing an outstanding service to their clients.
