CHI St. Alexius Health manages four CAHs in North Dakota - Elgin Linton and Wishek as well as Mobridge Regional Medical Center in Mobridge S.D. CHI St. Alexius Health offers a comprehensive line of inpatient and outpatient medical services including: a Level II Trauma Center primary and specialty physician clinics home health and hospice services durable medical equipment services a fitness and human performance center and ancillary services throughout western and central North Dakota.

Job Summary and Responsibilities
CHI St. Alexius Archway Clinic is looking for a Full Time Clinic Manager to join the team!
We are seeking a dynamic Clinic Manager to oversee all aspects of clinic operations ensuring seamless processes exceptional patient experiences and strong financial performance. Youll lead mentor and empower our clinic associates fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include managing resources optimizing workflows and monitoring KPIs to achieve outstanding outcomes. This collaborative role works directly with leadership to shape our future and deliver top-quality care.

Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree and minimum of 3 years leadership experience OR minimum of 5 years leadership experience in the discipline OR Masters Degree and no experience
