Job Description Summary:

This position provides strategic and tactical support to the organization by understanding a variety of data situations and creating communications for internal clients and external pharmaceutical clients who purchase one or more of IQVIAs syndicated prescription and patient data offerings (e.g. Digital NPA Xponent LAAD etc.) Additionally the position is responsible for providing support to internal clients and responding to general questions about IQVIA Digital offerings.

Principle Accountabilities:

• Responsible for understanding data situations and creating communications for pharmaceutical clients who purchase one or more of IQVIAs syndicated prescription and patient data offerings (e.g. Digital NPA Xponent LAAD etc.). The candidate will also be responsible for providing support and responding to general questions about prescription data patient data and Digital offerings to internal clients.
• Gains and maintains a thorough understanding of changes/updates to datasets client needs processes methodologies and tools.
• Manages identified data situations cross-functionally to obtain timely resolutions.
• Helps to facilitate the effective communication of impact to IQVIA Digital deliverables platforms and methodologies.
• Uses knowledge of internal databases and processes along with client experience to create clear communications.
• Supports timely communications and follow up with Client Service teams to guarantee messages are understood and appropriate plans of action are put in place.
• Assists the Service teams in responding to general client questions and data questions.
• Uses established systems and processes to track and report progress on all major milestones service levels risks and opportunities.
• Providesadditional insight and interpretation of the data to enable appropriate resolution of business questions and/or issues identifiescustomized solutions.
• Independently leadsonline meetings and discussions (both internally)relatedtoproject work.
• Provides formal and written communications both internally and externally regarding issue status and resolution and database updates.
• Identifiesways to improveand streamline business operations drivingprocess improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes.

Minimum Education Experience & Requirements:

• To be eligible for this position you must reside in the same country where the job is located.
• Bachelors degree in Communications English Business Mathematics Statistics Economics Life Sciences or related field(s) required.
• Minimum 4-6 years experience with data analysis communications and project managementfrom the pharmaceutical industry.
• This role is US remote/home based and requires work hours follow the Eastern Standard Time zone.
• Proficiency using Microsoft software tools (Excel PowerPoint Word and Access)
• Knowledge of the Digital ecosystem/industry and an understanding of the marketplace.
• Deep understanding of IQVIA prescription and patient data and methodologies including Digital.
• Ability toclearly summarizecomplex dataanalysis market/data events &present results internally and externally.
• Requires strong communication skills and prioritization flexibility to handle tasks across multiple concurring data events.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinessimultaneously.
• Ability to self-start taking initiative to gain knowledge and identify opportunities for exemplary support.
• Excellent communication skills with experience in both written and oral communications.
• Requires analytical thinking and effective time management skills.

The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge skills education and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
