Supply Chain and Fulfillment Transformation (SCaFT) Overview:

Support Toyotas transformation of supply chain and fulfillment operations through innovative digital solutions advanced analytics and process improvements. Contribute to projects that connect strategic goals with practical business processes and technology helping to deliver exceptional value to customers the company and partners. This dynamic environment requires a blend of technical skills analytical thinking and cross-functional collaboration to support Toyotas mission of becoming the most admired and trusted supply chain in the world.

What youll be doing

• Designing and implementing digital transformation initiatives
• Developing data-driven solutions to optimize supply and fulfillment operations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align projects with enterprise strategy
• Leveraging analytics to identify market and supply opportunities by vehicle series model and options
• Creating proof of concepts and delivering measurable value to stakeholders
• Supporting operational improvements through modern technology integration
• Partnering with data science teams to analyze machine learning models to identify patterns and anomalies
• Collaborating with manufacturing and/or sales teams within the region for product rollout and adoption

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have the right to work in the United States and not require Toyota sponsorship for immigration-related employment (including but not limited to H-1B O-1 E-3 H-1B1 TN or F-1 OPT extension) now or in the future
• Minimum GPA of 2.7 or higher
• Must have completed at least one full academic year at a two- or four-year college or university post-high school (sophomore standing or above)
• Currently enrolled in a full-time accredited degree program (this includes both two-year and four-year colleges) studying in an engineering discipline or related field such as:

  • Software Engineering
