Reports to: Senior Director of Membership Strategy & Growth
Supervises: Site-based Membership & Membership Experience Managers

Common House is a collection of modern social clubs with locations in Richmond VA; Charlottesville VA; Chattanooga TN; and New Orleans LA with additional clubs opening in 2026 and beyond. Our mission is to foster connection and discovery through exceptional spaces dining and curated programming in a welcoming private club environment.
Position Overview
The Regional Membership Director leads membership growth retention and analysis across multiple clubs. This role supports site-based teams to achieve enrollment goals strengthen the member experience and ensure consistent execution of Common House membership strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive membership sales by leading and supporting site-level Membership Managers.
- Oversee application enrollment and committee processes.
- Partner with Brand & Communications on targeted campaigns and promotions.
- Implement onboarding engagement and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with Finance on billing and delinquency resolution.
- Track and analyze membership performance trends and attrition.
- Standardize processes and oversee membership communications and policy updates.
- Recruit train and onboard Membership Managers for new club openings.
- Support pre-opening membership strategy and execution.
Qualifications
- Experience leading sales and member engagement in multi-site or hospitality environments.
- Strong leadership communication and analytical skills.
- Proven track record of driving growth and retention.
- Ability to travel regularly to support multiple club locations.
