Our highly successful and well established multi-site Client headquartered in Belfast wish to recruit an HR Advisor for a 9-12 month Fixed Term Contract to cover a maternity absence.
Offering an immediate start the successful HR Advisor will join a high performing collaborative HR team providing expert HR support and guidance to employees and managers across the Group.

The Role:
- Provide accurate advice to employees and managers on HR policies procedures and best practices.
- Manage employee relations issues including investigations disciplinary procedures and grievances ensuring compliance with company policies and legislation.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process performance management and offboarding activities.
- HR Records: Maintain accurate HR records ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with GDPR.
- Support employee engagement initiatives
- Assist with the development of company policies and deliver HR training as required.
The Person:
- CIPD qualified (or working towards)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a generalist/advisory HR role
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
- Proven experience handling employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Flexible to travel across sites and access to your own transport.
