Job Duties
The Assistant Risk Manager serves the facility and the Department in the area of Risk Management as a member of the Quality Management Team. To work collaboratively and effectively with the Risk Manager and other team members in the collection presentation and analysis of facility data. Must be able to effectively present data and drive performance improvement risk prevention across departments and work functions. Provide risk management supervision and training as well as individual roles in facility risk management and mitigation. Identify and prioritize risk areas and develop plans for improvement dependent on facility and risk priorities in coordination with the Risk Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience with computer operations database management and report development.
Experience working in healthcare compliance.
Additional Considerations
Previous clinical experience in an inpatient hospital setting.
