Nursery Practitioner Early Years (Level 3)
Salary: Up to 28800
40 Hours per Week
Our client is looking for a caring and motivated Nursery Practitioner to join their welcoming early years setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated childcare professional with a Level 3 Early Years qualification to play a key role in supporting childrens learning development and wellbeing in a nurturing child-centred environment.
As a Nursery Practitioner youll work as part of a supportive team to deliver high-quality early years education and care. Youll help create engaging activities build strong relationships with families and ensure every child feels safe valued and encouraged to thrive.
What Were Looking For
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting
- Good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements
- A warm positive and caring approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Genuine passion for supporting childrens growth and development
