Job Summary

EduTalent Group are hiring for an EYFS Level 3 Practitioner in a primary school in Sittingbourne. The EYFS Level 3 Practitioner will work closely with the Early Years team to support the learning development and welfare of children aged 35. Responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging activities supporting individual learning needs observing and recording progress and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment. The role involves collaborating with teachers parents and colleagues to ensure every child reaches their full potential.

Requirements:

Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent
Experience working in an EYFS setting
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Paediatric First Aid qualification (desirable)
