Job Summary

Position: Virtual Care Clinician Therapy & Intake Services (Wisconsin LCSW or LPC Required)

Compensation: $75000 - $80000 base salary generous bonus potential!

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm CST (40/hrs per week)

To be considered for this position candidates must be independently licensed in Wisconsin (LCSW or LPC) and have experience in both therapy and intake services. Experience with group therapy is strongly preferred.

Iris Telehealth is seeking full-time LCSWs to provide therapy and intake services in our Virtual Behavioral Health Clinic. In this role youll conduct intakes complete individual assessments develop treatment plans and connect patients with valuable community resources all within a program designed to fill gaps in the outpatient continuum for hospitals and health systems.

What Youll Do:

Conduct intake sessions and individual assessments
Develop and monitor treatment plans
Provide therapy services and connect patients with essential community resources
Document patient services in electronic health records accurately and in real-time
Use standardized assessment tools and exhibit strong diagnostic skills contributing to our commitment to high-quality care

Qualifications:

2 years of experience as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor
Active LCSW or LPC license in Wisconsin required
Proven experience in both intake and therapy with at least 2 years of diagnostic experience in these settings
Experience with group therapy strongly preferred
Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during CST hours.
Experience & willingness to treat patients across various age groups ideally all ages but a minimum of ages 13
Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
