At Neville Hill our TrainCare Centre is a busy hub that keeps Northerns services running smoothly. But trains dont move without the right facilities safe processes and well-supported teams. Thats where this role comes in.
As Operational Excellence Support Manager youd lead projects and improvements that go beyond our rolling stock. Youll be transforming our sites keeping colleagues safe and making sure welfare and workplace standards are the best they can be. Its a role that blends project delivery safety leadership and operational change all while working with a wide range of teams across Engineering Operations Production and most importantly Safety.
