Job Summary

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners to support campus initiatives and student opportunities.
  • Collaborate with campus and YWPN leadership teams to align programming needs with available budgets and fundraising efforts.
  • Coordinate and maintain partnership programs including virtual offerings that
  • enhance student engagement and access.
  • Track and monitor student participation in service-learning opportunities and maintain the campus service-learning database.
  • Plan schedule and execute key annual events including: Alumnae Reception and Panel Discussion Career Day Mentoring Program Internship Program Senior Signing Day Celebration
  • Support and coordinate after-school programs and partner-led events to enrich student experiences.
  • Organize and oversee community service opportunities ensuring students are actively engaged and supported in their efforts.
  • Supervise and when needed transport students to school-related or community events.
  • Assist campus leadership with various initiatives ensuring smooth execution of school-wide events and programs.
  • Coordinate summer programming in partnership with YWPN and campus staff to provide enrichment and leadership experiences for students.
  • Support the planning and execution of YWPN networkwide sisterhood events and activities that promote connection and empowerment across campuses.
  • Present at various campus and YWPN leadership events.
  • Represent the campus and the YWPN at relevant conferences symposiums school and local events.
  • Attend board meetings as requested.
  • Collaborate on projects with schools and other YWPN staff members.
  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited university
  • Three to Five years of direct Educational related experience
  • General understanding of the YWPN mission and services provided to the schools.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient understanding of technology including Microsoft Office and distance learning platforms (ie. Zoom Google Classroom Teams)
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment
  • Excellent ability to lead and/or collaborate with a team
  • Strong interpersonal planning and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others to achieve overall goals and objectives
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with individuals of varying social and cultural backgrounds
  • Experience in the facilitation and implementation of educational programs
  • Self-directed with a demonstrated passion for the advancement of girls education
  • Displays a positive attitude and demonstrates integrity at all times
  • Multi-tasking and organizational skills
