What Youll Be Doing
- Oversee daily operations across batterydiagnostics repair and refurbishmentworkflows.
- Ensure all repaired batteries meet rigoroussafety and quality standards.
- Manage tooling inventory and technician scheduling to maintain operational efficiency.
- Lead and develop a team of315 battery repair technicians fostering a culture of safety precision and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate withHealth & Safety Engineering and Customer teamsto drive performance and innovation.
- Monitor KPIs report on repair throughput and communicate progress to stakeholders.
What You Bring
- 5 yearsof hands-on experience withhigh-voltage EV batteriesin automotive or energy sectors.
- SAP-level electrical qualificationor equivalent.
- Strong technical knowledge oflithium-ion battery systems fault diagnostics and EV architecture.
- Proven leadership inrepair or production environments with a focus on safety quality and team development.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
