Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and flexible candidate to apply for our growing team in the Office.
This position will be a critical and very unique opportunity within the organization. Ideal candidates will have experience working in a dealership office. Be ready to work in a fantastic & hard working team environment.
As the Office Assistant youll work as part of an experienced team in a friendly office environment. Youll have the benefits and convenience of a consistent work schedule with no weekends and flexible hours.

Hours & Pay
- 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday.
- Pay range of $16-$20/hour depending on experience

Key Office Responsibilities
- Reconcile tills
- Prepare bank deposits
- Miscellaneous office jobs as needed
Position Requirements
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Knowledge of cashhandling
- Personable & Friendly over the phone

- Computer skills including: E-mail web-based apps Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
