Job Summary

The Billing Administrator will set up billing rates for all new accounts and billing rate changes for any existing accounts. Calculate monthly quarterly client billing for every account within all custodians. Review and reconcile the billing for any errors. Oversight of billing accuracy for each billing period.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Complete Monthly Quarterly billing for all custodians.

  • Set up billing rates for all new accounts and any billing rate changes.

  • Review and reconcile each billing completed

  • Oversight of billing accuracy for each billing period

  • Upload files in commission system

Primary Skills & Requirements:

  • Diligently checks and monitors work to ensure accuracy

  • Able to mentally extract and evaluate data of value and relevancy to an issue or situation

  • Ability to perform accounting functions within the acceptable practices and standards

  • Understands internal/external customer needs providing prompt attention and service

  • 1-year experience or 2 3 years related experience and/or training.

  • Experience in the financial industry preferred but not required.

  • Prior accounting experience preferred but not required.

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

  • Will need to be fingerprinted with FINRA
